All orders are sent via recorded delivery post and we require 15 days delivery.
A charge of £5, 00 pounds per item Is added to your order or €7,00 euros for customers outside the UK. For postage and packing.
Backorders and out of stock merchandise
Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock, In the event that your order cannot be filled within 28 days we will put it on backorder status and notify you the approximate delivery date via email. If you do not respond to our email notification within 48 hours we will consider your order to be valid and we will notify you upon our shipment of the backorder items via email.
Returns policy
We take great pride in our reputation for the quality of our merchandise and our excellent customer service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
Should you wish to return an unused item, for any reason, you may do so within 10 calendar days of your delivery for an exchange or full refund. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise returned after 10 days will not be accepted.
All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Prettychics will not accept merchandise that has been damaged or used. Please return all garments with tags attached.
